I had an appointment at 1pm last week and arrived on time. They took another lady first who also had an appointment at 1? I was like whatever, and didn’t say anything. Finally after an hour & a half , they called me over. The girl who did my nails was nice, I walked out with my nails looking nice. But the next day my nails chipped. The nail polish is of bad quality. that has never happened to me before.

I made an appointment on a Wednesday to get me and my moms nails done for today Sunday at 1:30p they okayed it. We walked in today at 1:30 on time that had us pick colors and wait. Another group of people walk in after us and said they had an appointment after us . They wanted to take them before us , told us to come back , it was very unprofessional and a waste of our time . Very bad business does not cater to all people. Selects who they will give service too…Do not go here

Had a 2:30 appt. For my birthday. First they said it was 1:24. Then they said we had to wait while others came in. Bad business. Very disorganized. Will never come back!!!!!! Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueThe staff is super nice and I wish this would have worked out. I got a full set and pedicure. Dirty buffers and files used on my hands. My acrylics did not even close to touch my cuticles so in two days it looked like I was a week and a half into the set. They also started falling off not even 7 days later. (Mind you I’m on vacation just laying on the beach) My toes are even more sad. Day one an hour after leaving the salon, two of my toes were polishless. I got home, took my sock off and literally thought they forgot the toes. Left to Florida a day later, came back with no color on my toes. I paid 100 bucks for the whole thing and I got to enjoy it for not even two hours. I was livid. Go spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I don’t know if they use cheap products or did not apply properly but I’ve never ever had so many problems in a single nail salon visit. I seriously wish I could have all my money back. This was my first time coming into this salon. I walked in and got greeted by the front lady name Lyn right away. Beyond welcoming. Lyn was the one that did my toes. Did an amazing job with the gel polish color change. She then passed me to Rube. I was a bit hesitant because I wanted to make sure I got my nails done right. I’ve had couple of bad experiences In the past with previous places. But Rube did such a beautiful job with my fill and gel color plus did a great job on the cute design she did on two nails. I Loved them. So happy with how everything came out. Prices were reasonable for the job you get done. Go visit them. Divine Nails are great !

Critical: ProfessionalismI came here to removed my acrylic nail. The lady was so unprofessional. She ruined my nail, she filed down my nail and cut the tip a little bit to make it shorter than she proceed to just take another extra nail tip and use that to get underneath my acrylic nail to remove it. It hurt so much!!Service: Acrylic nails
