The salon is clean and welcoming. The employees are rude and not friendly. When paying for a service one should be able to get the service they are paying for and not feel they are asking for something as if the customer is a burden. If someone wants their toe nails or finger nails cut a certain way they should be allowed to without a biased comment. I think it’s rude that they talk amoungst each other in their language. I respect that but it makes customers uncomfortable as if they are talking about us. The prices are a little steep for Marshalltown. One can go to little bigger city get a glass of wine or any beverage and endless colors and designs for the same if not a little less. A smile goes a long way. If you don’t have customers your services won’t be needed.

Well me, my mom, and her workers came to Divine Nails. I had a great feeling about this place. The pedicure was amazing! But unfortunately the customer service was not. I’m not going to point fingers or anything , but it was extremely rude!! They didn’t offer designs on our nails my mother had to. And I swear I thought we were being rushed. My mother asked about manicures twice and they still ignored us they didn’t even move my cuticles so my nails look like he didn’t do the bottom at all. It was just extremely rude. Maybe my mom should of thought twice before really doing anything.
