Con: Technican rushed thru my mani and the nails look very poor. She was also watching something on her phone the whole time. The shape is not great and the paint job is worse. The dryers don’t work at all and they are full of dust as if no one cleans the place.

We all have favorite nail techs but what about Nail Salons? Yes sometimes there’s a mini wait but the Service is not only Amazing it’s Never Rushed.. The atmosphere is Relaxing and everyone there “that I’ve been serviced by” have done AMAZING jobs. I go for a wide range of things (gel mani, gel pedi, DIPS, eyebrow arches and anytime I cheat on them and I go running for them to redo someone’s unsatisfied work). Basically you can call me A Regular Now.. I’m hooked, it’s a Plus when their kind, pay attention to detail and Welcoming! Definitely Recommend You Visit if your in the National Harbor!

The woman who did my pedicure used the electric nail drill to remove my gel polish it burned as she was doing it so I asked her to stop to realize she was thinning my toe nails she left red bruises on both my big toes so I didn’t get polish because I was unsure how to this would heal no one was apologetic or anything I would never come back very unhappy

The lady who did my manicure was great. She gets five stars. The one who did my pedicure not so much. I paid for an Organic Pedicure that clearly read hot towels & massage. It’s the reason I chose it. I didn’t get the massage & the only hot towel I received was the one she used to wipe the scrub off that I guess constitutes this salons version of a massage. To top it off the person wants to tell me you only get one towel. Then she proceeds to speak to someone else about me. No speak to me. I declare if I knew the area & there were Black Owned Salons, I would have found one. I won’t be back.

As a resident of the harbor, this has proven to be a very convenient go-to place! They are always friendly and professional! So far I’ve been to Tina and the one guy that works there, he always does a great job with my pink/white. Both have been accomodating with very good customer service and the wine/champagne is always a plus! Will continue to go there.

Critical: Quality, ValueMy friend and I were in town for a bachelorette weekend and came to the divine nail spa for pedicures and had an SNS and gel manicure. We had excellent service for our pedicure and really enjoyed it however both of our manicures, the SNS and the gel manicures started to crack that very night…and the next day one of my nails split at bed, very painful and bleeding. We tried to go back to the salon and explain that we did not have time to have the nails fixed as we were heading out to our girlfriends bachelorette brunch and had to catch a flight right after…still they did not offer to give us our money back not even a partial refund.
