I visited this facility today for the first time . I did not feel like driving to my usual salon , this one was close, I decided to give it a try . I wanted my acrylics taken off and a pedicure with fill ins( big toes ) . My tech didn’t look like she knew what she was doing . She was harsh, pushy , impatient, and had to ask the other techs for directions a few times . She burned me with the foot scrub during the pedicure and had to apply aloe multiple times , still ended up with a small blister . My nails were uneven and gel polish was lumpy . She seemed frustrated whenever i asked her to fix something. I don’t mind paying for great service but their Service was overall subpar and I was charged $83. I Did not want to waste time arguing , so I paid it and left. Although this nail salon is closer to my house . I will NEVER, ever go back there .I will be taking my business elsewhere . Totally unacceptable. Overpriced and totally unprofessional.

I’ve been coming to Divine Nails since moving to Haymarket in 2017 and have always had a good experience. It’s clean, the nail techs are friendly and do a good job, and they have a good selection of colors and styles. I’ve gotten gel manicures and powder dip manicures. While they don’t do much nail art beyond polka dots, they have Cat’s Eye polish, color-changing polish and some options if you enjoy a flashy, out-of-the-box manicure. It’s recommended that you call ahead for an appointment on the same day; they can get pretty busy (especially with walk-in pedicures in the spring & summer) and it’s hard to predict when they’ll be busy. My nails are always neat and well-done. I’ve seen pretty much every tech there and they are all competent, with some being excellent. Very much recommended if you need a standard manicure or pedicure only docking one star because I wish they’d hire at least one nail artist for more intricate designs! P.s., they do allow tipping on your card, though cash is encouraged!

For the record I’ve only gotten a regular manicure/pedicure so I can only speak to that. Kathy does a great job! I’ve been going to her the past few months and so far been happy. I am disappointed they don’t offer services for little girls, but otherwise no complaints. Manicure, Pedicure

I showed one of the guys at the desk a picture of the nails that I wanted and he helped match the colors that were in the picture and even tested them on his finger nail. I highly recommend Viet. He did a wonderful job with my nails. He was very gentle and very kind. I showed one of the guys at the desk a picture of the nails that I wanted and he helped match the colors that were in the picture and even tested them on his finger nail. I highly recommend Viet. I have been coming to Divine for years! I’ve had everything from waxing, pedicures, basic manicures and full sets. They even did my “famous” Frankenstein nails for Halloween a few years back. Viet is my favorite nail tech here, but he is in high demand so make an appointment!!

Came here at my appointment time for a gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. They told me they could only do a pedicure because they are too busy. I asked why would they schedule my appointment if they couldn’t provide the service I wanted. The lady rudely shrugged her shoulders as if it was my fault and told me no one could do my nails. I will NEVER come here again.
