This was my first visit to any nail salon in the manassas area, and I was pleasantly surprised. I just got a regular manicure for the first visit, which only took about half an hour. I think the next time I decide to get my nails done (for regular polish or SNS dip powder or whatever), I’ll be going back to Divine Nail Spa.

Wish I could remove the star! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Walked in today behind a woman and I could tell from the look on her face that something was wrong. After not being greeted and left standing at the front desk, she left…and 12 mins later so did I. As I stood there, I watched as at least two techs casually scrolled through their phones, talked and laughed while not even offering me a wait time. To make matters worse, one kept looking in my direction while speaking in her native language and laughing.This is getting more frequent and frankly, I only want to spend my money where I’m welcomed and appreciated.

My Mother was a loyal client of Divine Nails for many years, specifically Vivian. As a paying client, she’s very particular about her nails, as she should be. She’s specific about her shape, about making sure the previous polish was completely filed off, etc. Vivian recently shared with Jessica that she cannot deal with my Mother’s “pickiness” anymore, so my Mother then booked an appointment with Jessica. Jessica did her nails and all seemed well. My Mother’s next appointment was with Nancy and schedule for last week. 2 days before her appointment she receives a message from Nancy saying that she cannot service my Mother moving forward because she was a previous client of Vivian’s. This is clearly a ridiculous ploy to not have my Mother return to the salon. Any QUALITY business will do what they can to maintain their client base, including supporting a client’s decision to see a different nail tech at their will. This is beyond ridiculous, but luckily I’ve referred my Mother to a salon where EVERY nail attendant is qualified and trained to provide top tier services to all clients, and attention to detail is TOP priority. Everyone leaves satisfied and feeling welcomed. Jessica needs to ensure her entire team is qualified to do the same, instead of becoming “annoyed” with people who simply like all their nails to be the same length, clean, and fully coated with polish. Absolutely ridiculous. As you can see from the recent reviews, Divine has poor business, and seldom are people happy with their nails when leaving. Jessica, get your customer service up and hire qualified nail techs. It’s that simple.

First time going there. I asked for a basic gel mani and pedi french. The girl was young and clearly had no idea what she was doing. My french lines were all different sizes, she didnt put much effort at all. When i went to pay it was $123. Never have i paid that to include a full set nails and toes designs and all. Also every place ive been to they tell you the price up front. There was nothing amazing abou my bails and the fact they charged $123 is out of this world. Clearly a business thats out there for money not their customers. If going please request price upfront so your not blind sided like i was!

Cut me both times I went there. Didn’t use lotion on me during Pedicure. Their dryers stink they never tell you to dry in them and I always smudge my nails. Not to mention the quality of their nail polish isn’t good and they never do 2 coats.

The WORST experience I have ever had. My visit was on a weekday in the middle of the day. The water was cold, so I asked the lady to make it a little warm, she started speaking to her coworker in her language and added a little warm water. It was lukewarm at best, the massage chair didn’t work. The tech talked to her coworker the entire time. She didn’t massage my left leg at all, because she was leaning into the right to talk to her friend. I mentioned this and she literally went over and massaged it for under a minute, she didn’t put the scrub for my heals or scrub that foot away and I had to mention she forgot to do it.

Nancy is great at what she does. But i will never go back. Other than being overpriced…(which i dealt with) they never greeted me when walking in. I let it slide a few times, but the last time i went in for a scheduled appointment. No one greeted me and it was awkward. I got a couple stares because it was totally noticeable more so when other people walked in and got greeted and tended to right away…. that came in after me. Never again
