I have never left a negative review but felt obligated to do so with my experience here. My first time coming I wanted dipped nails for my hands. The lady did not shape or cut my real nails at all and just glued the tips on without any shaping. A couple of my nails were crooked. I am not big on complaining as I am understanding of the service industry and am truly grateful for the services I receive so I did not complain at the time.

Went in for gel mani and though the actual painting of the gel was excellent, the tech did a horrible job on my cuticles. I have scabs where she cut too deep on both hands. This isn’t a one time occurrence either. I have been here a few times because the ambience is lovely and each time they cut too deeply. Gel manicures

This place getting worsen day by day.They increased the price a lot and the quality of service is getting so bad.last month l did the dip powder for $42.This month they charge me $52 for the same service.The lady asked me what shape l want.l told her the same shape no extra money.The problem is most of the technicians doesn’t speak English well. I questioned the front desk guy his name is Stephen about why it is $52 he said because of the shape.l explained to him what happened and he doesn’t care.Worst customer service.l never use this place anymore.l don’t recommend this place to anyone.

If I come to same nail shop for last 5 years and I use the same person for the last 5 years why would u give me someone else when I specifically told u when I called.. but once I arrived you give me someone else.. so I hit you where it hurt.. I usually pay high dollars for my pedicure but today u got the toe polish amount..no one getting a tip today!

I’ve been coming here for the past few years and they’ve always been great! Typically I see the same lady, but she has been out of town for a few months, so I’ve been having whoever is available to do my nails and they’ve all been great! I know people are frustrated about the price increase, but the price of everything has gone up everywhere so it’s to be expected. They have always handled any issue I’ve had (typically a broken nail or chipped polish) really well and they’re always so nice! I have thin nails so they always take extra care of them to not strip them too much, my nails in these pictures are my natural ones with no tips at all!
