I had my husband take my 12 year old for a pixie cut and they gave her a long fade…. Horrible job and looks NOTHING LIKE THE INSPO PIC!!!! Her hair is textured and it was obvious that Joan had NO EXPERIENCE WITH ETHNIC HAIR completely unprofessional that she would butcher a child’s hair just to have a client in her chair instead of telling my husband she was not versed in different hair textures…. Definitely won’t be returning to this salon.
