First appointment was a “no show” by business owner with no call to me. Next appointment was moved to another day due to business owner not on schedule to make it to appointment. Then she was running late and I obliged, with her being 30 minutes late. Next appointment she was 2 hours late and of course I am an understanding person and obliged once again, all while her child was in the salon and running back and forth and needing assistance during my appointment. Next appointment I had to cancel due to being sick and canceled 24 hours prior to appointment and I was charged for a cancellation fee. Seriously, where is the customer service here by the business owner. How I see it is, I offered the flexible customer service not the business owner. I do not typically do reviews, but when I am wronged like this I feel I should share so the next person doesn’t fall for this horrible example of the worst customer service I have ever received.

Best service I have received yet! This is my third different lash place that I have tried. Lala is super nice and really fun to talk too. She did a great job on my lashes and I could not be happier. This is definitely going to become my regular lash place!!!!Highly recommend.

I’ve never gotten my lashes done, but I kept hearing great things from friends , my mom got her’s done and I was impressed so I gave it a try and Lala did exactly what I wanted! I showed her a few pictures of certain styles I wanted and she executed it perfectly! She made sure everything was sanitized before we started and prepped my eyelashes and she put on some music and it was a great experience. I will definitely come back to her and I have gotten so many compliments and have referred a lot of people to her already. Can’t wait to go back for my fill

Very cozy atmosphere, I wasn’t sure what appointment section to book but made a call and she helped me figure it out. I got them done about a week ago and I went to vegas and the eyelashes stayed perfect the entire time, even after falling asleep on my face most of the time. When it comes to prices, they are fair, when it comes to eyelashes or nails you never want to go cheap. I’d highly recommend Divine lashes.

I booked my first visit 24 hours ahead at 11am, the next day the owner called me at 10.30am that she is running late and asked me if we can move it to 11.30 am. Due to previous commitment I was unable to move it. That it self was red flag for me as I was first time coming in customer. Especially when you have to pre-pay to hold your spot and cancalation has to be done lease 24-48 hours prior. Secondly I have requested classic lash fill $50/ hour. When I arrived I confirmed I want just classic lashes and again informed her about my prior commitment.

She didn’t even show up to the appointment, I called her multiple times and it went strait to voicemail. I would think if you were offering a service you would want to be there for your clients and not stand them up. If you want a reliable lash tech anyone but her would do.
