Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I booked a massage at the time I was told that I could use a Flanders Hotel gift card. I went in at my scheduled massage time and was then told I could not use the gift card so canceled my appointment. Proceeded to go to the front desk who then told me I could use it. By that time the massage therapist had left and no one made any effort to try to reschedule or resolve the issue. It was my husband and I’s anniversary and I’ve never been treated so poorly pretty much ever! The woman at the front desk had terrible customer service skills and made little attempt to apologize or reconcile the issue. I have worked in customer service a number of years and they could use some serious training.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SALON!!!!!!! GREAT atmosphere, awesome staff!. Everyone is so friendly and kind and helpful! Olivia has been my stylist for many years and I am so happy that she is at this salon. Best hair stylist….EVER !!! I personally get extensions and color and she is bar none the best there is out there! Just a great experience with everyone there all of the way around, whether you need a manicure, pedicure, hair, massage…..ANYTHING……this salon provides THE BEST SERVICE with the best PROFESSIONALS. Divine images provides a great atmosphere and is very welcoming as you walk in for your appointment. The employees and very kind and respectful and cater to all your needs. I was down in the area for theweekend and wanted to get a massage in the morning to start my day. It was one of the best massages i ever had. The massage therapist there Rosemary was tremendous and made me feel as good as new! One of the best in the business. If you are in the Ocean City, NJ area, i highly recommend it.

In celebration of our anniversary we had a fabulous couples massage at Divine Images. We opted for the therapeutic 75 minute massage. It was the perfect amount of pressure, not too hard, not too soft….just right! Our masseuses were Katie and Rosemary and they were both great! The beds were heated which felt great and they used some hot towels that also felt fabulous. The room was a nice temperature, clean, fragrant oils in the air and calming music playing softly….Truly a relaxing experience. As soon as they walked out the room my husband said, “hands down best massage I ever had” and I would have to agree. I would highly recommend a massage at Divine Images.

A very professional salon, from the products used to the hairstylists. I always leave happy and satisfied with exactly what I wanted! I have platinum blonde hair that I’ve always struggled with the right shade & excessive breakage, until I saw Olivia at this salon. She exceeded my expectations, took her time & was extremely educated as well as professional ! I have seen before and afters of many clients, & I am positive that these people know exactly what they are doing , and LOVE what they do !! I would recommend this salon to anyone from color correction/ extensions to a simple hair cut!

I have had many professional massages, often at 5 star resorts around the country. This spa and its massage therapist, Rosemary, rank among the best. She is knowledgeable, skillful and detail oriented. I originally went to help with recovery from a back injury. I will continue to go for the relaxation and health benefits. From hot stone and aromatherapy to the peaceful atmosphere, this spa is worth the trip even if you aren’t local.

PARKING PARKING PARKING!! There is always a spot and no worries about getting a ticket. All the employees are personable and nice. The salon is comfortable and clean. I get compliments after every visit on my hair. Olivia is my hair stylist. When I ask for a certain look she delivers every time.

I have been a customer of this salon for about two years. However, I have been a customer of stylist, Regina, for 10 years. In fact, I recently moved to Somers Point. Prior to that move, I drove from Philadelphia to Somers Point, following Regina for every hair cut and service and being her loyal customer since 2009. In May, 2019, I had a Brazilian Blowout treatment performed. The services were approximately $250.00. With the tip to the stylist and buying the followup products, my bill was $429.00. Well, after one month and one week, the treatment was totally out of my hair. I was told by every stylist with whom I spoke that this treatment should last conservatively two to three months. When I expressed my concerns to the salon manager, Donna, I was told that because I refused a hair trim and colored my hair that this negatively effected the treatment. I colored my hair on my own two weeks following the treatment. This, in no way, should have pulled the treatment out of my hair because I used a color with no sulfate. Donna would not allow the treatment to be redone at no cost to me. In fact, she tried to get more money out of me by suggesting I get a trim. Since May, until July (present) my hair has not grown that much. The only services offered was a hair mask. This mask costs the customers $10.00, which probably costs the salon $5.00. Of note, the mask did not correct or help in any way. I think this salon does not know how to properly satisfy their customers. I feel this treatment should have been redone at no cost to me. In fact, I think that perhaps the Brazilian Blowout may have been the wrong treatment for my hair. I will no longer patronize this salon. They have lost a long-time faithful customer. Very poor business practices. I would not recommend this salon especially for expensive hair treatments as they don’t stand behind their work and services.

I just had my wedding hair and makeup done at Divine and it was absolutely flawless. I had multiple hair and makeup trials with other artists before I found them (even though I swore I would NEVER be that girl) and Dee finally gave me the smokey eye I had been looking for! My updo was exactly what I had envisioned. Weeks later when I completely changed my mind about my hair I went back to Amy and she again gave me exactly what I asked for. They were so great to work with, and my bridesmaids and I had a great time with them the day of. And Mary at the front desk is a rock star! Thanks ladies!
