Got a lash lift and tint from Skylar. Immediately when she was finished they were barely lifted; one eye had some lashes bent down, and the tint was barely there. I asked for a partial refund for the lift as it was not there. After 2 days the tint was completely gone – I had followed all after care instructions. I let her know what was going on, and she only offered a partial refund and refused to give back the deposit (which is typically to insure that clients won’t no-show, not to be no refundable when the services are not correct). She did offer extensions or a new tint. When I declined because I don’t believe the tint will stay this time, and I won’t be able to follow extension aftercare (I got the lift and tint because I get married this weekend; I won’t be able to keep extensions in due to wedding prep and honeymoon). She still refused to refund my $60. Incredibly frustrated – the service was no where near the quality it should have been, and a 4-6 week service lasted maybe 2 days. Very disappointed that I am out $60 with nothing to show for my honeymoon.

I had participated in one of Adalea’s lash extension courses and it was amazing! She was so thorough in her lessons. She provided us with mannequins to practice on along with all the tools to get us started. She has so much knowledge and experience in her field. She taught us in so many ways. She even provided us with a live demonstration. 10/10 recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityKim was great but lashes did not hold. When contacted owner for a PARTIAL refund of the $150 was told they don’t do refund as I “could have pulled them off when I got home”.
