Critical: QualityMy sister decided to take me to get my nails done for my Birthday. I made the appointment for December 18th. We got there on time and I picked my color everything was good. The women I had was very friendly and not awkward lol the gel pedicure came out good but the manicure was the problem. I decided to try something new and get dip powder gel and she told me it was supposed to last. Maybe she just didn’t do it right but it’s now the 23rd and it’s peeling off!! I didn’t spend 80$ for my nails to be peeling on the 5th day. Natalia is the best. She has been doing my gel manicures for almost a year now. I always let her freestyle my designs and they ALWAYS come out amazing. I highly recommend her.

Paid this place a visit when my normal place canceled my appointment. Divine Envy Nail was able to give me a same day appointment. There was a short wait when I arrived. I received a pedicure and dip powder nails. I was pleased with the outcome, my nails lasted approximately 3 weeks without issue. However I felt like the nail tech moved a bit slow. The water pressure at the pedi station was very low and she had to boil hot water to add to the bowl which was a little concerning. Good place for a back up for me.

Great, as always. They always use new pumice stones, sticks, etc. They never use the same file on everyone’s feet. The music in the background is a plus and everyone is friendly. I really feel comfortable when I get my pedicures.

Update: they don’t do pedicures. Any “salon” that doesn’t do pedicures is rly just a booth renting space for nail techs.

I had my nails done there a few months ago and received poor treatment, which surprised me given it wasn’t my first visit. But my nail tech messed up my toe, and she was furious with me because she made a mistake! The other nail technician was able to assist her! She simply went away without apologizing, and I still gave her a tip! But it’ll be the last time I visit! Still looking for a black-owned nail salon…not giving up on my people.

Love the nail techs especially Jada I would give them 5 stars. However management is horrible they bill you for services you don’t get because you booked it. If you cancel within the 24 hr time frame you dont get your deposit back. You always hear support black business and when you do this is what happens.

Second time coming here with my grandmother and we both appreciate how great their customer service is. The young ladies are polite and communicate well. Even though our appointment times were at 2 different times (1 hour apart the first time and 30 minutes apart the second time) they made accommodations so that we were served together.

Pedicures here are great I go elsewhere for manicures because its done a bit rough for my nails and does not last as well and cute as the pedicures (gel, regular etc). Reviews on overbooking and not enough techs for service sometimes true.
