I had my hair highlighted there recently and I couldn’t be happier. Making the appointment was easy and convenient. I showed up about 30 minutes too early and they took me!! SERVICE: I redeemed a Groupon for a one hour massage with Tonya W. today. I was able to upgrade from a Swedish massage to a deep tissue massage for $5. My experience was pleasant and Tonya was able to adjust her techniques to my needs and requests. She checked in with me a few times to make sure the pressure was just right, which it was. All the ladies I have come in contact with have been professional, welcoming and helpful.

I tried multiple times starting in Feb to get an appointment for my massage that I recieved as a gift. I kept getting the run saying that they didn’t have a massage therapist and that the dates kept getting pushed back. The manager told me it was my fault for not booking the times I called, even though it was her staff that kept telling me I couldn’t and that they would call me in a week with dates. Poor poor customer service. I would never recommend

The location was kind of creepy, and inside the building did not feel like a salon. The staff was unprofessional. The lady who did my facial left stuff on my face after i was done. She did not seem comfortable or confident in what she was doing.

It’s been awhile since I was in there, but the people were nice. It’s a small place though. I know a lot of people who have been there too, or I hear them mention Divine Creations often. Convenient location too.
