Loved my first time here, the aesthetician was very gentle and diligent. I recently went back for the same service which was the combo of underarm+Brazilian, this time I had a new aesthetician. She was very detailed and informative. This time though she waxed my actual buttocks, which from my understanding is a separate service… either way, she did it. I left my wax and my buttocks were RED. They were red and super tender for about 4 days then finally the skin became dry and dark, because the aesthetician burnt my skin. I reached out to her and told her about the situation while asking her what I could treat it with. She was dismissive and non apologetic. She said “…as far as the cheeks go they shouldn’t have any scarring or burning aloe Vera should be fine” not once did she apologize and now I have to treat this dark and dry skin that is all over my buttocks. I am very un pleased with my after wax experience.

I’ve gone there several times. The first time was the best , I loved how welcoming, conversational, and accommodating she was. I left very smooth and comfortable, beyond delighted! She left, so the second time was really good too. She was very kind, conversational, and accommodating…. I left feeling really smooth and comfortable. Came back a third time, both former ladies were gone. Had a third person who was barely welcoming, none conversational, and even argued on what was policy and that what the other woman were doing (hard wax all over) was wrong and that they no longer worked there. She used paper wax for the most part, no hard wax on my lower legs. I had little brittles on my legs, and left feeling sticky all over. I was terribly displeased, and I don’t think I’ll be going back there ever again. Really disappointed bc I really enjoyed my previous experiences. Seems the better ple keep leaving.
