Critical: Punctuality, QualityI went for box braids. First, when I arrived for my 10a appointment there was no one there. I called and there was no answer. I decided to wait then two other ladies walked up for the same appointment time. After twenty mins we finally got the owner on the phone, and she said she would arrive in five minutes. When she arrived it was just her when she had 2 other customers including myself waiting for braid service. She told us that the other girls were late and that we, (the customers)would have to go get them or there would be an even longer wait for them to come by Uber. After one of us went to get the other two braiders. I told the owner what wanted even show her a picture and she made me go get hair from the store after telling me that she had the hair I needed when I made my appointment. I let her know that needed my hair done for an event yet and still box braids were horrible. The parts were to wide, it was extremely lose, and after two days I was already losing them. I went back to have them fixed and although the young lady did a much better job in the front, the back was still spaced out to far and it looks horrible when I try to wear my braids in an updo.I went for box braids. Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been calling because I wanted my hair braided but every time I call they hang up on me and when I call the cell it goes straight to voicemail. Are they even in business anymore? If they are still in business They just lost a customer. I used to love getting my braids here
