I went in the shop to get my hair done by their braider Soleh. My appointment was originally at 4:00 pm. She contacted me around 3:30 when I was already on my way to the shop to let me know that she would not arrive until 4:30. This already irritated me. I proceeded to send her a picture of the style that I wanted. When I got to the shop she did my hair nothing like what I requested. The braids were large and sloppy. I tried to contact her to let her know that I was not satisfied with her work she decided not to reply. I would not recommend going to her for braids. She does not braid at the level to be working in a shop. My hair looks as if it was done at someone’s house for $25. Ladies be aware.
