If you’re African American from another city and looking for someone to do your hair then, Ms. Carolyn is your best bet to go to in Anchorage. She does good hair. However, if you can find the patience to deal her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to get back in touch with you, then you’re all set. I wish the education for African American hair and customer service was improved upon in this city.
