She did a wonderful job braiding. I have received many compliments. My only complaints are she did NOT give me the length I requested which was shoulder length. I ended up with butt length. Maybe because she felt that looked better but this is my service and opinion not hers. Also she was constantly combing my hair rough even though I asked her several times to stop and even offered to comb it myself because she was ripping it out unnecessarily.
