I went to her on 3/24/22. My hair look good but. I arrive about 10:40am first customer there but did not leave her shop until 8:33pm. No respect for customer time. Her assistant had her baby all over the place and crawling on me. My whole day gone! Braids

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DIVINE!!!! She is the sweetest lady ever!! She does AMAZING work for great prices. She takes her time to do it right and as long as you don’t keep getting up, she goes straight through and will have you out as soon as she can without compromising quality. Her prices include the price of the hair unless you want something she doesn’t have. She is very knowledgeable about different styles and techniques and she’ll even call in extra help if necessary to get you out quicker.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityShe assured me a week ago she would braid my hair today. This morning when I called she played stupid and claimed she called me the day prior to come get my hair braided when she didn’t. If she didn’t want to do my hair all she had to do was say no and I could have scheduled elsewhere ….I go out of town in 2 days and now I don’t have enough time to schedule someone else to braid my hair….no wonder she always got her front window busted out.She assured me a week ago she would braid my hair today. She assured me a week ago she would braid my hair today. This morning when I called she played stupid and claimed she called me the day prior to come get my hair braided when she didn’t. Yes Divine can do some hair! But I’m definitely not into my hair being pulled! Unfortunately due to her assistant pulling up my hair lead to three stars. For some strange reason the assistant thought I was from a competing braiding shop!

My visit to this shop was lovely. Ms. Divine & her sister attended to me and one other customer simultaneously while offering both of us great customer service. I got kinky twists (my preferred style) and although their shop opens at 9am, they had me home in at 8am, so they could get to work as quickly as possible. They took very few breaks while doing my hair and even managed to greet their visitors (guests of clients, vendors, etc.) with kindness and warmth. They listened to my preferences (I got 1B hair with a mix of burgundy) when I wanted more black to make the color look like highlights and not candy-striped hair bc I still wanted to look professional for work in my office but with a little stylistic flair. They understood and executed exactly what I asked for.
