Karen is really awesome! I’ve had waxing done at few places and always regretted it with the ingrowns and irritation. The sugaring I had done at Divine 9 Spa, was hands down the best waxing experience. I could not recommend her enough. I am so thrilled with the results.

Karen is so awesome! I feel like she really cares and wants me to have the best feeling skin and experience! My skin is so sensitive and her use of products for sensitive skin and processes for calming it down really make such a big difference in the way it feels. I went there for electrolysis treatment for about a year and a half. The area I had treated was only about two square inches. But after all that time, it didn’t do anything. I pretty much wasted over a thousand dollars for nothing. I should have asked how long I should expect before I see results, but I just kept thinking the hair on my chinny chin chin would disappear eventually. It didn’t though. So that would be my suggestion. Find out how long it’s supposed to take before you see changes or improvements. And if that time comes and goes, it might not be right for you. Karen is so helpful and knowledgeable for electrolysis. Her technique isn’t excessively painful, and she utilizes numbing creams/sprays. She’s very sanitary and takes care to keep it that way.

Upon entry this place was super clean and well kept, it was a very calming environment. I got my first bikini wax from Karen she was amazing she understood that I was a little nervous for my first time getting a bikini wax and she explained everything before she did it so I knew what was going on. I would definitely recommend Divine 9 Spa if you need any work done!
