The Stylist that I got apparently had no idea what she was doing. I went in with blond long hair and I wanted it to have dark Brown’s light brown Platinum blond dramatic streaks. I have never been to a stylist before and I will never do it again. My hair was so dark underneath and I left with hair color still in my hair. All it looks like that she colored it brown. I got little bits of blond on top. They knew I was not happy she offered to fix it but why would I want to go back to somebody to fix it when it was so bad in the first place. I wish I could post photos.
