Critical: ProfessionalismI scheduled an appointment a week in advance because I’m going out of town and need my hair re-layered, toned and highlighted and when I showed up for my appointment the owner and stylist made me leave because my 2 year old won’t wear a face mask and because they said they can’t have kids waiting! I would rate this salon as unprofessional and would give them zero stars because they should’ve told me when I called to schedule the appointment. They missed out on a lot of $ so their loss! I would not recommend going here! It’s a hole in the wall in the ghetto. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance because I’m going out of town and need my hair re-layered, toned and highlighted and when I showed up for my appointment the owner and stylist made me leave because my 2 year old won’t wear a face mask and because they said they can’t have kids waiting!
