I visited the salon for the first time today. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. They care about doing a quality job. I did have to ask for one nail to be adjusted but it was no big deal for the staff. Sometimes if you go to other places and request for a minor adjustment, they act like you’re inconveniencing them. But not here, they are quick to fix what you want and are happy about doing it. I will definitely return.

I went several times and I was pretty pleased. The last time I went an older gentleman did my manicure and he did some weird clipping at the top of each nail on both sides. The owner is rude, I used her salon before. I came 30 min. before she closed and she was like we are completely book for the rest of the night. Bye! I was super embarrassed on the way that she spoke to me in front of other customers. Definitely I will not recommend it. And I will never return to this place. She acts like her nail salon is super nice. It’s not! It’s old and the customer service is terrible. I will take my business somewhere else.

Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in at 5:55pm for a dip manicure, the one person in there looked around when I asked if they were available and said no, they close at 6 even though the sign plainly says open until 7. Very unprofessional, won’t be back.

My boyfriend and I set an appointment for 1:30 to get pedicures, after looking over their options boyfriend chose a basic spa pedi and I chose to get a deluxe pedi and a quick “Freshen up” mani. After telling my pedicurist what I wanted, she muttered a response and didn’t seem to know what I asked for. When I asked about getting the manicure, she made an unsure sound in reply and sighed. I told her if she didn’t have the time I would understand but that I’d like to get it and received no answer. Instead of giving me the deluxe pedicure I asked for, she gave me the basic pedicure and rushed over it. When she was “finished”, she simply said, “done.” And left me wondering where the rest of my service was as she proceeded to go to the back and ignore me while eating a snack. Finally, after waiting for short while, she and her friend who was also sitting in the back with her came over and cleaned up their things and prepared me to leave. They basically told me to leave, didn’t even acknowledge anything I had said about the manicure. I’m very disappointed, as this was my first pedicure experience, I’m left wishing it had been as nice as people have made it seem. Will not return.

i went here about a month ago and got acrylics and they made them uneven. so then i went to V-Nails and they do such a great job but today i decided to give Divi nails a second chance and i have on nail that’s uneven and another on that has a ridged end and to top it off the lady cut my finger.
