I came in to get my hair dyed. I showed the hairstylist the exact style that I wanted (which wasn’t that hard, I just wanted to get the bottom of my hair lightened) and it came out absolutely horrible. She bleached my whole head, and the color wasn’t even at all. I paid $150, and my hair was so damaged. I wound up re-dying it with box dye right after.

Shelly smth destroyed my hair. Never have i had someone ruin my hair like that.I returned to have my hair fixed and had a wonderful experience. The stylist i had Kim was wonderful and receptionist was more than welcoming and nice. Overall my trip back was well worth it. Thank you Kim.

The ladies there are absolutely WONDERFUL especially Kim, I had so so many questions about tanning and she answered every question with no problem most people get annoyance with that many questions and she was so sweet and insightful about them all.
