She made me feel at home as soon as I walked in the door without knowing me but always keeping her professionalism. She showed me different designs that she drew up with what I gave her for ideas. She gave me time to decide and try different ways and always made sure it was really what I wanted. Once decided, she went thru EVERY step of her setting up machinery and ink showing sterilization and what she was putting on letting us know in advance which was cool.And it turned out so awesome and I couldn’t be happier.
