They are EXTREMELY RUDE!!! As I walked in the older guy was on his phone sitting by the door. Nobody greeted me. After 20 minutes of waiting, I finally heard someone say what do you need. I asked for a fill-in and my toes polished. They rushed, they were sloppy. My nails looked lumpy and the French manicure on my toes the white line was slanted. When I asked her to fix it she yelled at me and told me she wasn’t doing my toes anymore. Very unprofessional and I will not be back!!

Critical: QualityI needed dip powder nails, my daughter needed an acrylic nail fill in and we both wanted gel polish on our toes before her graduation trip but my regular shop was booked and this place was accepting walk ins. I’m particular about my nails and the work of the tech that serviced us was mediocre at best. He did OK on the acrylic considering my daughter is not as particular, and the details don’t mean as much because they’ll be broken in a week, but my dip powder is uneven, he made my obviously square-square nails round-square, he mishaped a couple of my toe nails, didn’t fully remove the old gel before he applied the new color and I was generally unsatisfied with my services. They were fast, polite and the quality was good. This is during the epidemic and they are only going by appointments and still managed to fit me in. They received a 4 star received 4 stars because my gel polish chipped badly on a few of my nails well before the 2 weeks. I am very careful with my nails so idk.

Been going there about a year. The girl that usually does my nails was busy. The older woman did my pedicure and did a great job. The older man in there did my nails the fill in was not great. He didnt file the sides. He started polishing I said why are humps I. The polish? He ignored and kept polishing. He knows it wasn’t right and they knew he didnt do good work. I had to go somewhere after I left to get them republished. Polish had to be old.
