Horrible place to get your nails done with unprofessional behavior. The manicurist was telling another customer who is a complete stranger in Spanish (thinking I don’t understand Spanish) that she is gonna upcharge me for my manicure because I work in a hospital. Repeated that I work at a hospital at least 3 times to the other customer and even told her the cost of my manicure and didn’t tell me the cost of my own manicure till the end. That is so disrespectful and unprofessional of her. And not only that, the nail shaping is crooked and glitter placement not consistent for all the nails. Would give it zero stars if I could and would love my money back.

Sorry to say but my experience wasn’t the greatest actually has been the worse was referred by someone.I went for the first time I sat with one of the so called technicians she did my nails that they look like a preschooler painted them .Her coworker had to tell her what to do and how to do my mistake was that I should do stopped her and let someone else do but I didn’t trying to do the right thing and give her a chance but it wasn’t working out .I left the place I was so upset very disappointed when I called no one was technically that helpful no manager I was told that they look out for each other now I have too wait for a day where I can go to my regular technician and redue have to spend more money in less than a week.not good.i advice people to be very careful always observe.thank God I didn’t get cut or an infection.thank you.

She was flabbergasted and when she told the nail tech that she didn’t like the nails , the lady said “ oh well they’re already dry and if you want to change them come back tomorrow but you will have to pay the same price again .” I’m outraged , because I have to look at them ♂️ .
