This place did a great job with my nails! I’m from Texas and didn’t realize that appointments are really important to have around here because the salons around here are scarce. Critical: ValueDONT GO HERE! My friends and I went to go get our nails done. Let’s just just say we are very displeased with the service we had received . The quality of our nails are very poor. You can tell by the pictures that we are providing. I was better off letting my 6 year old son do my nails. You don’t even want to see the pictures of our toe nails. The problems we have are Uneven nails, partially painted, and PAINTED HANDS,. They messed up my nails than processed to paint over them; I had even offered to pay extra money for them to fix the nails.THEY EVEN DREW BLOOD ON MY FRIENDS HAND! When talking about the issues they were ill-mannered and attempting to make us feel sorry for their mess up. I absolutely love what they did. I got a simple design and they did amazing. they did better than i ever would, it aint perfect but i still love them. they had amazing customer service and they didnt hurt me once. also great prices it was $55 for a full set of gel acrylics with a simple design. Long story short if you want your nails done in pikeville go here they are absolutely amazing

Very rude. Walked in and was asked what I wanted. Answered her question was told to sit down. Another customer came in and it seemed as if the nail tech didn’t want her to be there. She was very rude to this lady. Went as far as telling her there were other nail salons in coal run! I walked out. If you don’t want to provide your services why are you in business?

My wife, little girl and my son’s girlfriend all got their nails done. They did an excellent job creating the designs like they asked. Couches where very comfortable while waiting and air condition felt very comfortable on a hot day.
