Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible !!!! I’ve been here 3x first time I went in for a hair dye and let me tell you it didn’t come even close to what I asked for then the manager even told me to go back because it didn’t look good it was orange then I went back to fix it and still not what I asked. The 3rd time I went for a cut just my ends she ends up cutting sooo much hair it’s under my chin ! When I only asked for the tips and it was about to my shoulders and again I showed her what I wanted didn’t get even close to what I wanted I’m upset !!!!! Do not come here I wasn’t giving what I wanted left with hair all over my shirt and wet hair !!!!!And mind you she questioned me on why I changed my hair color she thought it was nice. That she prefers my hair color how it was before than now because I went to go get it fixed by a professional!!!Horrible !!!! Horrible !!!! I’ve been here 3x first time I went in for a hair dye and let me tell you it didn’t come even close to what I asked for then the manager even told me to go back because it didn’t look good it was orange then I went back to fix it and still not what I asked. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came after the quarantine was lifted and felt completely safe getting my hair done. Cristina and her team were amazing. They gladly fixed my hair and got it to color I’ve been wanting. The price is fair too. Highly recommend!!

Reconsidering that they were blow drying another lady , and her hair was almost done , yet the lady attending her said that it would take 20 or more minutes. They told me they were gonna to attend me. She had a client, but her client came in very late. There was another lady, also reconsidering that she wanted a cut and set an appointments and also this other lady came in for a tint without an appointment. And they let her go in before, just because it would cost more money.They gave me a space , and they took another girl. Reconsidering that they were blow drying another lady , and her hair was almost done , yet the lady attending her said that it would take 20 or more minutes. They told me they were gonna to attend me. She had a client, but her client came in very late.
