Ladies …DO NOT ever get your haircut by the owner of the salon!! I came in and ask for BOB , even showed a picture to the stylist I always get my hair done by. The owner took it upon herself to start cutting my hair while I was in the stylist chair, meanwhile I couldn’t see how she was cutting my hair. I came in with shoulder length hair and just wanted a low maintenance BOB. By the time she was done , the entire back of head doesn’t have enough hair to even use a flat iron if I wanted…almost bald in the back and no hair to catch. I am writing this review because no one should have their life totally changed for the worst by looking like a scalped chicken! I literally cried in the chair. I am furious that this person is even allowed to cut customers hair. I feel ugly with a old lady jacked up on Mountain Dew bob that looks completely awful and not what I requested. So ladies…I stress do not ever get a serious haircut there by the owner. They are very nice people and love them dearly, but wanted to help save another woman to not go through this horrific ordeal..
