I usually come here and have no problems but this last time a new girl did my highlights and when I was finally finished 5 hours later some of my hair was falling out and when I mentioned it she replied oh it’s because of the beach. Bull…. it was because she left it in too long and the highlights are uneven. Unfortunately they just lost a customer.
