Doesn’t matter the level of difficulty or the design you want, they always come through. Great customer service and great technicians. Love the atmosphere. Also, not many salons carry acrylic that matches the nail bed of brown/black people, this one does. If you don’t like that extra pink base that doesn’t look natural on brown skin (for a French or anything else) COME HERE.

This will be my FIRST and LAST time there. I called before I went and they told me that they were not busy. Once I got there I waited for over 30 minutes. There was a lady before me that waited for over an hour. I was originally gonna get design but their customer service is just so bad I changed my mind immediately and basically got extensions done only. I was charged $50 for extensions and removal. They shouldn’t have charged me for removal in the first place if this is how they remove customers acrylic nails. The guy aggressively removed my acrylic by ripping them off with this tool by digging in and lifting them from my original nail, they did not soak my nails with nail polish remover so I was in so much pain and the other employees could tell. There weren’t that many customer so I don’t know why he was rushing to get my nails done, maybe he didn’t like me from the very beginning (which is fine, I don’t really care). Didn’t say thank you or even bother to tip due to how bad their service was. I didn’t take a picture of how they looked when they aggressively removed it, but below is a picture I found on google of how it looked. Good luck surviving in the nail industry, Diva.

People are nice. Its busy. I recommend appt. The place is very spacious,that’s a plus for me. My guy( BEN ) omg amazing. He takes his time he did such an amazing job. I can’t wait to go again. The price is up there, depends on what you need, but so worth it. ❤❤

They did a great job! Got a regular pedicure with gel polish and my eyebrows waxed. Valentina did a wonderful job with my pedicure! From the time I walked in until the time I left she was very friendly and helpful with choosing a cute color, asking me my water temp. preferences, fixing a couple of my toe nails that were shaped awkwardly, etc. She didn’t rush through the process or anything; took her time and did it right. She was very attentive to details through every step.

Went there today for the first time . I made an appt the day before got there 15 minutes early and was taken care of . I had an older Asian gentleman cannot remember his name . He was not friendly at all. I was to get a regular pedicure and a gel manicure . He was rough on my feet , my left big toe still hurts from when he was pushing my cuticles back. I liked how my feet turned out despite the roughness. As for my manicure. I have very healthy nails , he shaped them but did not buff out correctly so when adding polish my nails look bumpy and uneven . When cutting my cuticles he snipped me and I bled. He was not apologetic. I felt it burn when he applied the polish . I went to pay and still gave a $10 tip. I explained to the girl I was not satisfied she asked if I wanted to do it over but realistically who has time to sit for another 30-40 minutes . No one came to check or maybe even provide a small discount . I am not one to cause a scene but it’s places like this that will make you not go back because they clearly only cared that the work was paid for no matter the dissatisfaction of the customer . I will not be returning or recommending anyone there .

I usually never do reviews but today was a really bad experience for me , I had to tell him to stop I didn’t let him to continue when he was applying the nails polish , he did a horrible Job taking the skin out my fingers are hurting right now . I made them take it out if you guys can hire good people don’t make a customer have a bad time … I felt bad for him but we are talking about nails here and the lady in front trying me saying I had to pay $55 are you serious what kind of customer service is that , my answer was ” call the cops or the manager but I’m not paying $55 don’t go here

As always clean and excellent service..feel safe with all protections and new rules for virus..by appointment only and only few clients. Happy they are open but also because they care about customers.
