Arrived as a walk in with my friend on Labor Day and they got us in right away. My friend showed them a photo of the acrylic set she wanted and she was very happy with them. I got dip powder nails with no extensions, it cost $55. Ombre cost an additional $10. Nails didn’t turn out too bad. Would have liked it to be closer to the cuticle as my nails grown fast. They did trim my cuticles and said this would help get the product closer to the skin but I’ve had dip powder sets from other places do a better job. They didn’t ask which direct I wanted the glitter to come from (tip of nail vs cuticle) but I’m not too picky. They had several rings of colors to choose from, still I wish they had more variety as the color I was looking for they didn’t have anything similar too.

I’ve tried to liked this place but every time is just worse than the other … last time 3 of my finger were bleeding from the cuticle, the nail tech didn’t seem to be that he knew what he was doing .. he kept asking questions to the old men who’s always there don’t know the name .. who after 2 hours was the one who finished my nails and after a week they were all broken .. 🙁 $65 dollars for nothing

The older man destroyed my nails. I had pretty nails. Now im in pain. He made my cuticles bleed. The powder is around my cuticles and not supposed to be! I never had this ugly and painful nails like now. And i paid for this horrible experience $65! I give it one more chance to Diva nails but i will never go again. And be careful all of you

I always have a good experience here, I love the nail work they do, they talk alot to each other as there is a lot of techs and they ate very busy but sometimes it’s so much talking it gets over whelming, over talking customers in a foreign language can be over stimulating and cause stress in what should be a calming environment. But there work is so good it’s something you just deal with when you are there, I wish their space was bigger sperating out the clients a little bit more and giving more room for personal quiet space .

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. READ all the one star reviews first.. I think the other reviews are fake. I’m local and this was almost unbelievable how bad it was. I’ve had 3 very positive experiences at the lovely salon on Pearl St. but wanted to try this out. Massive mistake and I’ll be going back there. I had 3 different people work on my horrible pedicure and they are not trained! It’s FILTHY, like really dirty. Nothing they used on my feet or hands was sterilized or packaged. They are all rude, yup I also had the cold water in the pedicure basin. I had an appointment and they kept taking walk-ins ahead of me. They also looked at me like was making it up that I had an appointment?! I was there 2.5 hours for a mani/pedi. They up charge you to remove dry skin on your feet??? That’s what a Pedi is! Don’t waste your time and risk an infection when they cut under you nails with a dirty tool- yes this happened during the pedi (untrained staff) and mani (owners dirty hands digging into my skin). Horrible, just horrible.

Critical: ValueI went to Diva Nails for a full set. Tech gave basically a quick manicure. Did not apply tips and polished with the wrong color. When I asked about the tips, she said I didn’t need them! Still charged me $ 45.
