Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhen I walked in there was a dog roaming in there. Was not greeted rather told very rudely “go wash your hands” so having not visited this establishment before I asked where are the sinks and they gesture to the back. Walked back there to see dirty towels, frozen drink machines covered in ice and gnats all over. I was questioning to just walk out but didn’t want to be rude. When I told the gentleman who told me sit here that I wanted a standard set with regular polish he got upset and said well shellac is better. I informed him I understand but wanted this so he just rushed to put my nails on (I guess assuming as I didn’t want a more expensive service he wouldn’t be tipped ‍♀️), he then moved me and had some female paint my nails where she was told something in another language and then tells me she needs me to pay before she paints my nails which seemed odd as that has never happened before but I paid and although my nails looked uneven and were not properly filed I left the nail tech a nice tip so she tells him something in another language and he just looked at me but said nothing. She pained my nails and they looked as if a child had pained them. I immediately sanitized myself after walking out of there as the gnats were swarming around and all the counters I touched there felt dirty. Got in my car to see there is glue and nail polish all on my skin, even on the tips of my skin under the nails. Definitely will not ever return here and the health inspectors should definitely pay them an unexpected visit because it is filthy. I am super nervous that I may end up with some type of nail fungus.The polish was done all clumpy and had bubbles all in it but the lighting in there aucks which I am sure is so people don’t notice until they are done. So disappointed with this business.Also another party of 3 walked in and were very rudly greeted with hurry up and close the door my God and then told go wash your hands hurry.
