1st visit: Chose a 55 minute pedicure and was back in my vehicle less than 45 minutes after I got out of it including adding gel to the pedicure. They still charged me for the 55 minute even thought that’s not what I received.

Helen is the Best with nails and she’s so friendly. I took in a picture of the nails I wanted, and she totally nailed it. I truly enjoyed my day at Diva Nails. Nina did such a great job on my toes, her hands are magic. Beautiful decor and friendly service.

The staff was friendly and the facility clean but I didn’t really understand what pedicure I was getting. The young lady did try to speak English but we didn’t communicate very well. The pedicure she said I got was the deluxe and she added the paraffin wax for $5 more. My issue was she rushed through the pedicure. I don’t know if she did anything to clean the cuticles. I just felt the time spent on it wasn’t what I get at other salons. She hardly did anything to remove calluses on my heels. I got a dip manicure. My nails aren’t straight and I just felt like everything was rushed. If none of that is a problem for you then they’re fine I just like a little more time spent on my services. The cost for both was $108. I did get gel polish for my pedicure which was $20 more.

Jay was awesome! I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and he did my acrylics way better than anything I could have come up with! They also have free drinks with your service and everyone was so nice and professional. My nails came out so beautifully, I’ve definitely found my new salon. Acrylic nails

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to pay $111 for my nails and pedicure. I got the basic pedicure with gel polish and my right toe has an air bubble under the gel polish and is already coming off and I got them done 3 hours ago!!! I felt like they rushed, when they set a timer and rushed to beat the clock was very very irritating. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had to come home and file my finger nails to be even. It was all a rushed mess. I will never go back.

I love going to get my nails done here really good people they go above and beyond to make sure that you are getting the design that you’re asking for when I went in to get my nails done yesterday they even gave bottles of wine out for Christmas. Highly recommended.
