Kay is the BEST!! I wear long nails and she always does a great job. I do take my own dip powder although they have plenty of choices there for you to pick from. It’s so important to have someone that supports the nails when they are long so it doesn’t pull on your nail bed and she does a wonderful job of that. She takes her time and never has a problem trying any design that I asked for. The prices are extremely reasonable especially for long nails. I am a customer for life. Thank you Diva Nails for such wonderful people and great experience.

The nail tech was very rude to me. I was explaining to her I wanted a French manicure, but that I wanted the tip dipped in white. She kept arguing with me that she knew what I wanted. The other technician told her not to run me off. My nails were not the way I wanted them. As she turned my hand backwards, she said, “See, they look good.” I was not amused. When I went to pay, the manager said I heard the arguing if it didn’t stop I would have come over to help. How unprofessional of the nail tech and the manager. I have never in my life had a bad experience with any nail salon. But I will never go back to this one.

There to get me nails done for the wedding. The lady would did my nails was very rude and was mumbling under her breath because she was annoyed about my nail shape. She wasn’t listening when I would ask her to fix something. My mother’s nails were a disaster. Her technician broke two of her nails and tried to leave them as is. Cut the rest too short and didn’t finish painting the tips of the nails. We went to another salon to fix them because the technician just kept saying oops and making it worse. Won’t be back.

Without a doubt, the WORST manicure I have ever received. I wasn’t offered a drink. Without explaining it beforehand, they didn’t let me choose a manicure and then told me there’s only one manicure available right now. That’s something you should tell people before they sit down and have a service performed. My nails look jagged and stupid. I asked for a natural shape and even showed her what i wanted and she cut it in an uneven hideous square shape. And to top it all off, she was rude and short with me.

Got myself a white gel manicure and pedicure and my manicure and pedicure nails started to turn brown and my daughter got a full set and her nails fell off the following day. Called the nail shop and I explained my problem and she just apologized and hung up the telephone.
