Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe girl that did my nails TODAY (She’s the young, short, slim girl with black hair) I’m not sure if she’s inexperienced or was in a hurry, but she did a really poor job on my nails/acrylics They’re all bulky, uneven, and missing color at the tips. She finished them so fast that I wondered how they would look at the end, was surprised when she said “well , you’re all done” first person ever to finish my acrylics so quick, well, you can see how the end results are not good at all. I’m newer to getting my nails done (can’t say I’m still new;) ) but I found this little gem close to my home. I honestly just keep coming back because the ladies are all wonderful! They do such a fantastic job. I usually call ahead and schedule an apt later in the day and haven’t had any issues. What made me come back to start getting my nails was the first time I came here, it was to just remove a the gel manicure I had before since my nails were cracked and Tina “fixed” my nail so it wouldn’t crack more. This gesture alone made me want to come back and here we are… a year later

I’d called the night before to set my appointment just minutes before closing and I was afraid they wouldn’t take mine for the next day. However they were very accommodating and set my appoent for 1pm. I was nervous when I walked in because they were very full. However, it took me a few minutes to pick out my dip colors. However, once I picked them, I was sat in a massage chair within 15 minutes. Not bad at all in my opinion for how busy they were. Someone had called off, so I did sit in the massage chair for about 20 minutes or so, but I wasn’t complaining because they had my feet soaking in nice hot water and I had the massage chair going. They even checked to make sure the water was still hot while I sat.

Made my feet look normal again. Extremely friendly and very sanitary. Disposable liners in pedicure tubs. New package of sanitized tools for each client I will be back again.

The owner of the business, Tina is rude and has no manners at all. Doesn’t greet you, doesn’t say thank you,…. Doesn’t show appreciation for your business. Barely replies when you try to make conversation. The employees are speaking in foreign language which made me feel uncomfortable. I knew that at some point they were making comments on clients. They used the same utensils for clients and the salon isn’t clean. Won’t go back again.
