I don’t often get my nails done, but decided to for a trip. I left with bleeding cuticles, painful toes with toenails too short, and really bumpy and uneven polish (photo attached, hopefully you can see how bumpy it is). There was only one employee there, maybe the owner? Do not recommend. She answered the phone for several minutes in the middle of my pedi, did not wash her hands when she was done. Now that I think about it, I think she used the same tools on my husband and myself without sterilizing. The only UV light in the building was broken and she had to fumble with it the entire time. Overall terrible experience and I was too nervous to just say no and leave. Don’t be like me….just don’t go.

She put green chemical on it and wouldn’t clean the blood off even when I asked her to so my nails were painted with one bloody toe. She put green chemical on it and wouldn’t clean the blood off even when I asked her to so my nails were painted with one bloody toe. If I could give this place a zero, I would. The old lady was rude, rough, asked me to hold her dog and play with it during my pedicure. When I said no she was not happy. The salon is not clean. The most rough pedicure , I have ever had. My acrylic fill in was too thin to look “ natural” , they are splitting everywhere. Overcharges for everything for poor, rude service. The last straw for me was when she was finishing up my nails she commented that customers love her dog and many give her 5, 10, even 20 dollars to feed her dog. Seriously?? Don’t get me wrong I love dogs, not on my lap during a pedicure, barking at me while I am getting my nails done. Won’t be back.. I can see why her salon was empty !

If I could give a zero i would. Very nice people, but completely awful at doing their one job. No appropriate steps were followed while doing my dip nails. I’ve had dip done for 4 years. I know the steps well. In addition they were thick, bulky, uneven top, not smoothed out, and chipped away the next day. When I spoke up about the steps not being followed, they just continued to reassure me that it’d be fine and this way “is better.” I have three small children and don’t get many opportunities to have the freedom of getting my nails done. When I do, I just appreciate them being done right. Because, if its wrong or peels off the next day, I really can’t just go back and get it fixed. Very disappointed, a waste of my time, and especially my money.

Worst place I’ve ever been and I’ve been getting my nails done a long time. So rough and werid. Rubbed my legs barly rub my feet cut my big toe nail waaaay below short. And the lady kept yelling from the other side. I refused to get them finished it was done within 10 mins. I only had to pay 20 and it didn’t even deserve that! Never ever will recommend or go again!

I can’t give experience on getting my nails done or a pedicure but I’ve been coming to this place for many years now to have my brows waxed and the same lady does them and she’s fantastic. I get many compliments on my brows. Their little dog is just adorable as well. If I have to wait for her to finish with someone else, that little dog climbs in my lap and keeps me company.
