So I used Diva Nails & Spa this past weekend to get a full-set. I waited 2 1/2 hours which is to be expected on a Saturday because they were busy. The only good experience about this was the sweet woman working the front. She was very kind in helping me find the specific color I was wanting. However, when it came time for the actual manicure, it went all downhill from there. I told the tech that I wanted a short round manicure. After cutting my nails down she proceeded to file them, but instead of round, she filed them square and sliced my finger with the file… okay honest mistake (the shape not the cut) but instead of fixing the problem, she continued to file them until they were ridiculous looking. Then when she started painting the nails, she did not paint them completely… there are areas of the nail that has no paint at all. I mean seriously, my 7 year old could have done a better job! Oh and after leaving I noticed that several of the nails where actually crooked! I do not recommend getting your nails done here… you will only waste your money!

The wait was not long at all so I was pleased about that, however when the tech saw my nails ( which were VERY cute) he asked who done them. I replied and he said oh they busy? I said yes but I wanted to explore my options since I hadn’t been there before. As soon as he heard I had been a customer at another salon his mood CHANGED dramatically. He was rough with my hand he DIDNT. attempt to soak my gel off before drilling my nails so thin they hurt. They were my natural nails and now they are flimsy and broke. The color was smudged, he didn’t work on my cuticles or even trim them.. VERY DISAPPOINTED will NOT be back.
