Was my first time here and I won’t be back. The staff wasn’t friendly at all, the guy who did my daughters nails looks absolutely nothing like the photo she wanted which I guess isn’t that big of a deal because I know designs can be hard. We had an appointment for 11 for two people and one of us ended up waiting for 35 minutes before she was even started. The nails are extremely thick and not shaped well. All in all, not a good experience and wouldn’t go back.

Awful. Didn’t get what I paid for. No lotion, no towels, and the polish was awful. A 2yr old could of done a better job polishing. I honestly thought she was joking. You know it’s bad when the man your with comments on how bad they look. She just completely rushed. 20mins. Never going back. Pedicure

HORRIBLE!!! I went to get a full set and a deluxe pedicure. I sat down and a woman immediately snatch my hand and said what color and do you want pink powder? If that wasn’t bad enough that she was rushing and kept snatching my hand every single nail was uneven and one nail came off as she was filing it. I then asked for a towel for my lap since everything was getting on my clothes the woman doing my pedicure got up to get one and tossed it on my lap. the woman doing my pedicure did not ask what type I wanted or anything she just started to do a pedicure. I asked the lady that was doing my nails to fix them one in particular was pointing to the right rather than straight like the rest she told me she would put more acrylic on it which she did and it made it very bulky so I asked her to file it down and she filed another finger instead and then that one was off. I then asked if there was another person that could at least shape the nails for me because I did not think that she was understanding. Another lady came over there and attempted to fix the nails however I like my nails Square she gave me ovals although I told her I wanted them Square as soon as she sat down I then pointed out that they are not swear she tried to fix them but she still had them too big I told her they were too big and then she said that she would make them small and two coffin nails. I pointed out the flaws and the nails that she did and she agreed and said oh I see what’s wrong and attempted to fix them at this point I gave up I just told her leave them like they are because I did not want her to file too much off. So she finally finished and they were not up to par at all she asked if I liked the nails I said not at all. The lady doing my pedicure was still working she went to put the polish on my toes but did not give me the hot towels wrapped around my feet. She ended up getting the towels before she painted my toes and did not wrap them around my feet but at least she got them. I went to pay if she told me $90 just for a full set and pedicure I advised that is way too much money for those services and ask to speak to a manager she said no manager is available. I told her that they inconvenience me and they can clearly see that my nails were not the same size and it was not a good set she Shrugged her shoulders and looked at me with a Blank Stare. I then told her she needed to take something off to compensate me because I am taking the nails off as soon as I get back from my vacation because they are so horrible. I will never go back to this nail salon I am finding that in Monroe it is hit or miss when you get your nails done. Sincerely disappointed

When I went they had a lot of people but nobody waiting but me. A few minutes later several more were waiting. I guess they feel rushed. She did terrible on my nails and I pointed it out as she was doing it that some of it didn’t look good and she just said yah it’s fine I put clear on it. Well needless to say within 5 days to of my nails broke off and the rest are chipped out . Will not be going back which is disappointing because I was hoping to find a salon closer to home.

Went for a basic pedicure with clear polish. Nothing crazy, just going with a friend during lunch break. Walked in and owner waved to a chair. Waited 30 minutes with not one employee making any communication. Once I did begin, the lady was stand off ish. My pedicure maybe took 10 minutes. She was extremely rude. I felt unwelcomed. She didn’t clean up with file and my nails are jagged from quick clipping. Looks awful. She wiped lotion on and put my legs back in the water and wiped it off. Didn’t bother rubbing it in or anything. One coat of clear and didn’t even cover the full nails. I stood to check out for 5 minutes and when I said thank you have a great day, she replied “mmm bye”. I won’t come back. Out of 6 women, only one seemed friendly. The place is a disaster and surprised they have business. I would give 0 stars and wish I demanded my money back and didn’t tip. Had to come home and fix my toes.
