I’ve only gone there once, this was almost 4 weeks ago. The lady who did my nails seemed a little passive aggressive but I genuinely loved her work. She said she didn’t like doing French tips but she still rocked my nails. It’s been almost 4 weeks since I got them done and they still haven’t broken, chipped or fell off. Today my pointer finger fell because i bit it off lol but it remained stuck for awhile. I recommend this place 100% Kaitlyn is also amazing

Kaitlyn is amazing!! i have gotten my nails done multiple times by her, and they have all been amazing! Her work is beautiful and lasts so long!! Kaitlyn is so professional and so kind, i always have a great experience with her. i will never let anyone do my nails besides her! Manicure

There wasn’t a wait so my friend and I were able to get into chairs right away which was nice. The technicians were friendly but do try to push you to pay for more services which is pretty standard but not always what I want to deal with. Also, considering the quality of the manicure and pedicure I’m glad I didn’t get anything else done. I’ll be trying another nail salon if/when I go back to concord mills. Also, they had newsmax on the tv and I’d rather not have to watch that while I’m getting my nails done.

I have been going here for awhile and always have been satisfied everyone else did so good. but the last time I went the lady who had done my nails before did a really awful job. They were crooked, uneven, the painting job was terrible on the tips it looked like they were worn down already. I didn’t realize till I got out but didn’t see the point in going back because it wouldn’t do anything. I paid and tipped and regretted tipping because it was not worthy. Not sure if I should go back. The results might just been the same if it’s the same person or others. Waste of money.
