Wowwww soooo impressed I’m a queens girl so finding someone out here has been so hard! I’m so happy and thrilled with Michelle she did my nails so perfect they look like from a magazine !! She is a wonderful friendly sweet girl and the place is clean and beautiful !so happy thank you so much ! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI am writing this review on behalf of my mom. She was scheduled to do a manicure and pedicure and the nail technician was tardy. Upon arriving, she then tells my mom that she is unable to do her pedicure because she has her own eyelash appointment to go to. Michelle is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of her clients’ time. Also, the owner only makes a point to ignore the patrons of color but engage with the Caucasian patrons. I am writing this review on behalf of my mom. She was scheduled to do a manicure and pedicure and the nail technician was tardy. Upon arriving, she then tells my mom that she is unable to do her pedicure because she has her own eyelash appointment to go to.
