My appointment time was honored, regardless of several walk-ins which was good. I got a French, gel manicure for my wedding. I got my nails done Thursday night (they held up through the wedding on Saturday), and it had chipped by Monday… I was told gel nail polish can’t chip. After further research, it seems it can if it’s cheap and watered down. Not happy I paid money for an “unchippable” manicure that chipped in less than a week…

I have been trying different nail salons every time I’ve gotten my nails done this year, because I’m newish to the area and I haven’t found a quite perfect fit. I randomly tried Diva nails yesterday and they did such an awesome job!!! They are not overpriced; their prices are extremely fair. Even more importantly my full set looks AMAZING! It looks the way I’m always hoping it to come out when I get a new set. My pedicure was good as well. The regular pedicure doesn’t really include many extras, but they gave me an amazing massage (good time length), I almost fell asleep. And my toes look awesome! If I weren’t at work I would definitely add photos.

By far, the BEST manicure I have ever gotten. I didn’t have an appointment, and the salon was packed but they fit me in with only a short wait. I love getting a pink and white set but always seem to have the worst luck with getting them short enough for me to wear long term for work. The technician listened to what I was asking for and patiently and meticulously delivered! Not only are they the perfect length, but he did an incredible job shaping them as well. I have finally found my forever nail salon! ❤❤

Never have I been seen at my appointment time. It’s usually anywhere between 20-35 minutes of waiting after my appointment time has passed before I even sit down. The manicure is good, but there are other places that are much better in terms of the wait and the spa treatment (my last manicure they did not do a massage at all).

I walked in without an appointment and asked if they had time to do an acrylic set, and they said the did. They took me about 5 minutes after I walked and half way through the lady stopped doing my nails and told me the guy would finish them. It took 30-40 of me waiting before the guy started to finish my nails. I had NO warning of this before I got my nails done, If I did I would have left. I was there for 2 and a half hours getting my nails done. When I was finished I had to pay 40 dollars when the price is 35. I was HIGHLY disappointed by them for not letting me know I would have to wait 2 and a half hours for my nails and for not giving me a discount after that and for charging me $5 extra. I do not recommend and will not go here again.

Worst manicure I’ve had. My gel manicure was removed with the tool instead of soaking…so bad for my nails. There was no massage, and the polish was some weird brand instead of OPI or Essie. Within a week my polish was cracking, and they chipped 8 days later. I wear gloves to clean and do dishes. I take care of them and can usually get 3 weeks out of a good gel manicure. I will never go back here. What a waste of $30. So disappointing.

The technician who did my nails was great. It’s just that when I walked in, the elderly lady in the front rudely asked, “what do you want?” I was desperate and could not shop around but I did look to see how she greeted others who walked in. Maybe she was struggling with the language and delivery. From women to even children, she greeted them respectfully. I will not be going back. My money is green like everyone else’s.

They seem to have a good air filtration system, which a lot of salons do not. The staff is great. They have had the same core group for years now, so you can rely on that consistency. Kim is excellent!

Been a costumer for awhile now and every time they do not disappoint. Very pleased, the shop is well-kept and neat, the workers are friendly, easy to talk to. And every time, I walk out with well-done nails. The staff truly put effort into their work.
