Went in for a pedicure with my daughter and cousin. First impressions was that the place was a little dirty and they put us in chairs with broken massagers. Service was prompt and when it came time for polish, the lady recommended gel for my daughter. I agreed not realizing it was $10 more. My daughter is 4 years old! $28 for just her pedicure alone. The lady was done in less than 10 minutes! I wouldn’t be writing this review if the polish held up but this pedicure was done less than a week ago and the polish is already coming off. I don’t live in the area or I would go back and ask for it to be redone. My experience was fine but my cousin got a pedicure and full set. The lady rushed through and never pushed back her cuticles! Overall disappointed in this experience, especially for the price!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWOREST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Lady was so rude an rushed through everything bc she was so worried about all the other customers, got up multiple times to speak to customers who were waiting telling them she was almost done. So unprofessional. After she put on my nails I realized she didn’t cut my cuticles so I asked her an she told me yes she does it at the end which made no sense to me( never seen it done like that ) then as she’s cutting my cuticles she cuts my my fingers where she is trying to cut the cuticle ( as seen in the pictures ) also puts multiple layers of nail polish over it so it looks clumpy , after she was done with my nails she started to file at them again which made no sense! waste of 50$Service: Gel manicuresWOREST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Critical: QualityI am very disappointed with how my nails turned out. The staff was nice, however, my nails are missing nail polish on many spots. Worse nail place. Me and daughter got our nails and feet done, I needed a refill and she just had gel polish for hand and feet and they charged me same price for her and me( make it make sense when she doesn’t have full set) I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Also my filling was only for the lower portion of my cuticle 2 days later polish chipped. I recommend you bring cash and give the amount they posted on there price list cause they don’t follow there own price ZERO STAR

I gave it a one due to not having a less option. I just went to this place due to not having the time to book with my nail tech due to my schedule WORST mistake ever full set nails left with air inside, nail shape terribly done I pointed out I was not happy with the results did not make the effort to fix it. Pedicure even worst dis not take the time to do things the proper way. NEVER AGAIN!!! Oh and charged $93 dollars for the poor work

I went there 4 days ago for acrylic nails, pedicure & eyebrows. My nails are already lifting & coming off like nothing I haven’t done anything to make them weak or break & they’re short. Usually acrylics lasts up to 2 weeks so this is extremely disappointing I expect press on nails from target to last 4 days but not this I want my money back for these nails other than that the pedicures are great and eyebrows are good. But I will not be returning if they’re not willing to either redo this without charge or refund me.

Would not recommend this place at all. It’s dirty inside and they’re rough and sloppy with the manicures. Worst of all, they double charged me for the service. I booked with ClassPass and made that clear at the beginning of the appointment, and it seemed like they understood. However, when it came time to leave, she insisted I pay even though I paid online. I tried to explain I already pre-paid online and showed her the confirmation on my phone. The tech just started yelling at me until I finally just gave in and paid again because I wanted to get out of there. Terrible experience.

I was excited to get dip powder nails for the first time today and I am completely disappointed. My nails look awfully tick, poor done and the lady barely touched my cuticles. I’ll leave some pictures to explain it better but I can’t believe I spent 40 bucks for this. I’m never coming back.
