I am very dissapointed. After coming here I got not 1, not 2 but 3 nail infections I will have to go to the doctor’s to be put on antibiotics. Staff was friendly, however I question sanitation.

I chose my color and waited about 10 minutes for a chair as soon as walked in. They’re so ridiculously fun. The deluxe pedicure is well worth a treat including hot stone massage. I love love love the shape . . . how thin they are. Would be back this place soon!

I started going to this salon a few years ago. It’s mostly been pedicures, overall the quality is average. The method of the pedicures change every single visit, I can ask for the $50 one and everyone has their own interpretation of what’s included. I continued to go because the older ladies are very sweet. However, last night was my last visit. I asked for a mani/pedi, the young man was SO rude to me. I could not figure out what ticked him off (it was not busy & plenty of time before close). He was more interested in his phone, he kept yanking my hands and rolling his eyes every-time I spoke up. He made it seem like I was an inconvenience. No fancy design or color. Just white and gel. I asked him to fix 2 nails and remove paint off of my skin and his reaction confirmed I was never going back. I didn’t tip him. I was a server once so I faithfully tip but yesterday was the first time I couldn’t justify his service. And while I’m at it, the waxing station would not pass an inspection.

The tech who did my nails did a great job. They weren’t bulky and shaped to my liking. They tell you the prices before you sit down. My mother and my sister also loved they nails.

I really thought this was the place for me but after 3 visits there was an issue each time 1st time pricing was not correct 2nd time nails filed wrong and now this time the very next day my nails chipped! I really really wanted this color so idk if it’s the type of polish or what caused it. I did call and tell them the person on the phone didnt seem to understand me and simply told me to come back and find the person who did my nails. It could just be the way I felt/feel about it but definitely not happy with the service this time around. Not sure if I’ll be back.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went about 3 times and the first two times I wanted to give them another chance, but they were horrible! The gel manicure didn’t last, they did it way too fast, they didn’t push my cuticles back, or clean my dead skin etc around the nails! They didn’t even do the massage on hands when it’s usually included in the price! Prices as cheaper than most places; but I will rather pay extra and have great quality of service than how these ppl do their job!!! The gel manicure didn’t last, they did it way too fast, they didn’t push my cuticles back, or clean my dead skin etc around the nails! They didn’t even do the massage on hands when it’s usually included in the price!
