I am the type of person who will leave a good review quickly, while hesitating to leave a bad review. I waited 24 hours to write this and I’m still appalled at the way I was treated. I was shown a different color than what I had picked out, which I told her was very pretty and may be after we went in with the pink then we can do that over to top off my pink ombre. When we got to the point where this would be fine I reminded her and I was told that “It’s too late, you already said no to that”. Having done my own nails for years, I understand how polymers work especially the ones that you put on your nails so I know that is simply not true. I told her, yes at first I didn’t want to do the glitter because it wasn’t as pink as the first color. But I would like to accent with some of that particular solar powder and I am allowed to change my mind. She then tells me a different guy is going to finish me up, so I go over to his chair and start to explain to him what I want. He actually waved his hand in my face and interrupts me not once, not twice, but three times to tell me that I don’t need to tell him anything and that he already heard me talking to the other woman. These specific comments, as well as a few other petty actions like charging extra ($10 for solar powder that was already going on my mail? No design, no rhinestones, I didn’t ask for anything extra) that really put it over the top. I had been getting my nails done for about 10 years before I started doing my own and never have been treated as such. Not a professional business establishment whatsoever.

First I got a pedicure that looks like they just smeared white paint without looking. I can do a better pedicure on myself so that is frustrating. Then I got a shellac manicure and she didn’t do anything to my nails, she just went straight to the polish/UV lights and then was done. Took about 6 minutes. No lotion, no cuticle trim, nothing. And the shellac looked so messy! Definitely DO NOT recommend diva nails.

The last 3 times I’ve been here I waiting 30+ min and either no one assisted me so I walked out or it took them that long to finally ask what I wanted. Not even service me but to just ask what i was in there for. Was in there today, sat and waited again 30+ min and no one asked what I wanted and I was the only one sitting and in their waiting chairs. Someone who came in after me was assited before i was . I still waited 5 min for help after that before walking out.

I have psoratic nails so they are pitted and wavy. I am always embarrassed by my hands for this reason. I took my niece to get her nails done and asked if they could do anything for mine. Boy did they! My nail tech Steve was amazing. See before and after photos. I feel like a normal woman again!!

I’d give 0 starts if I could. This is the 2nd time I’ve walked into this place and wasn’t greeted. Wasn’t asked what I wanted not was I directed where to sit. I truly felt like a shadow. Do not recommend if you’re not white

Critical: CleanlinessI ended up getting a painful infection in my toe because they didn’t clean there tools before using them to give me a pedicure. We had waited 45 minutes and many people had gone before us.. Makes me wonder if they cleaned them at all. I did get my nails done and they were really good, but the lady was super rough and made my finger bleed. I ended up getting a painful infection in my toe because they didn’t clean there tools before using them to give me a pedicure. We had waited 45 minutes and many people had gone before us.. Makes me wonder if they cleaned them at all. I did get my nails done and they were really good, but the lady was super rough and made my finger bleed. The people were nice, recommend making sure they clean there tools!

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityWhen I went there to get my nails done they kept rushing through the process and caused my friends hands to look scaly by leaving her hands in acetone for to long, and when I asked for a refund they said their manager would be coming in the next day so I went back and then they said we don’t do refund and then said The managers don’t even live in Ada and that They live in Los Vegas. So they lied to me and also didn’t do good on my nails and right after getting my nails taken off by a different salon the tech at the salon where I got them taken off said my nails were badly damaged and needed to heal.
