So friendly!! High quality service. Great pricing. Took my two daughters here for their first ever time of getting their nails done. One (who is 7) got polish and her older sister got a full set, they really made the 7 year old (and her sister) feel so important and good about themselves. HIGHLY recommend. Very clean, and the nail techs did awesome!! We will be back!

Let me start off by saying this is the second time I’m posting this review. If they delete it again, I’ll post it again. If I could give this place a ZERO I would. As soon as I walked in, the atmosphere was very unwelcoming. I asked for a manicure and pedicure. As shown in the picture above, they cut my finger (which later got infected) and the end result was very sloppy. When it came to my pedicure they started off using HAND SOAP. I paid $75 and this is what I get? I brought it up to my tech Cindy and she completely disregarded me. Save you’re money and go else where.

This nail salon is the best one I’ve been to. The customer service is great, everyone was so kind and gentle. My nails came out perfect, and so did my friends. They were able to do both of our designs that we found online, exactly how we wanted it. The detailing is great, and they finished up very quickly. I got gel nails, and my friend got acrylics, and both turned out perfectly. This was better than any other nail salon I’ve ever been to. The people working there were amazing, and the prices are very reasonable considering the outcome of the nails. Their massages were also very relaxing, and the overall experience is worth every penny.

Zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional manager and acrylic French manicure. I’ve never gotten a manicure where your hands weren’t soaked and cleaned of any dirt under the fingernail. When the French manicure was done you could still see the dirt line under the nail paint. The manager was very defensive , got loud and started to defend why her staff didn’t clean the nails before the manicure was started. She said if she would’ve tried to clean the nails they would bleed, and the nails weren’t that short so that wasn’t the case. After a verbal debate, the manager decided to go back to the table and fix it. She was very aggressive painting our daughters nails and even the hand massage was inappropriate, very rough. The manager was obviously upset about the interaction, and did not handle it appropriately or professionally. We do understand sometimes there might be a breakdown in communication with getting your nails done, and if the manager would have just talk to us professionally, I’m sure we could have come to an easy resolution on how to make it right. How unacceptable to mistreat a 13 year old, this Diva Nails is the worst. Please stay away

They took us at a good time because it was nearly closing but the stylist did very well. I ended up filing down my nails because they were too long, and it cost almost $20 extra for a gel set which I didn’t know. This was my first time getting my nails done and I just wanted the acrylic for $35, so the price alone is the main reason for the star rating. The service was awesome overall, and I would go back to only get acrylics without gel. Their pedicures looked really thorough and soothing though from what I could tell from the other patrons.

Had my nails done for 5 days. Nail polish on my toes started chipping. I’m on day 7 of my dip on nails and are they are peeling. I also got the matte finish done and it is peeling off as well. I have had dip done elsewhere that has lasted 3-4 weeks!! Spent $70 on what I got and it was a waste of money!!! Do not recommend! Zero stars if I could !!!!
