1st pedicure since the pandemic, and it sucked. Removed no cuticle, didnt cut my nails straight, left a divot on my right big toe, and didn’t even polish my left big toe down to the cuticle. Too many problems to list. I used to be a regular. I’ll never go back. 🙁 Pedicure

Got a pedicure here and it was very basic. But what earned the 1 star rating is the fact that I was seated in a broken chair ( I was the only customer there at the time ) and the tech wasn’t using fresh toe separators. She took them off my feet and instead of throwing them away she put them back into the drawer.. maskes me wonder what other tools aren’t being replaced. Oh and they charge extra to remove gel polish. I’ll never return to this business.

I have been going to this salon for 11 years. I started getting my nails done around 19 and I’m now almost 30. They have changed names and remodeled twice I believe since I’ve been going & they continue to improve and grow. They do speak in Vietnamese quite a lot, so if that makes you insecure, keep that in mind. I have always found great service and conversation with the staff when I visit, which is why I return. I always compliment their work and say thank you. There have been a few times where I haven’t been exactly happy with my nails. I make sure that I politely speak up before we move on to the next step of whatever process we are in and let my tech know if I would like a different shape, length, etc. They are always kind and understanding with me. I get my brows waxed here as well and have always been pleased.

Went here for the first time after a coworker recommended it and i will not be returning. My gel full set is already chipping, the topcoat is peeling on almost all of my nails, and the acrylic was applied too close to my cuticle and it was very painful for a few days. Nail salon service/experience is technician dependent however this is my second time at this nail salon and the service was excellent. I did not have to direct the nail technician. She did a great job. I’m very satisfied!

I will never be going back here. I showed that lady a picture of how I wanted my nails done and she never mentioned that she couldn’t do designs. After she did a crappy job of painting my nails she acted all annoyed about having to do a design. She then told me she was going to ask someone else to do the design. Well they didn’t do it either. So she literally drew 3 straight lines on my nail and was like okay? It was my worst experience ever.

I’ve been with them for years. They have responded appropriately to COVID-19. Recently, they redesigned their floor plan to protect customers and workers. Plexiglass shields are also in place. Masks are required, temperature is checked, and customer numbers are limited to a few at a time. I’m comfortable with going once a month.
