Me and my daughter came here instead of going to our usual place since this nail salon has more technicians and the place is just so beautiful now with the remodel. I about walked out after how impatient the manager was with us. I wanted to ask if they wouldn’t use the drill on my daughter’s nails and he was snippy about it and I wanted to explain to him why I was requesting them not to use it but he got impatient and rude so I left it at that. The pedi was good but our nails are already chipping and falling off and we got gel nails. This has never happened before at other mail salons. We literally got them done a week ago and now need repairs and new manicures. They also did not keep the length my daughter wanted. They cut them too short and mine are different lengths and sizes???? Why???? The service was also rushed. Next time, don’t rush and please make all the nails the same size and shape. Very disappointed and will not go back.

SO SO SO GOOD. Good service and i have amazing nails, no letting for two weeks, then I got a fill at the same place. I got a full set for 35 and a fill for 25. In also a high school student and my nails were long acrylics:)) Acrylic nails

Well I sort of used them, took my daughter in to get a full set and after signing in and waiting over an hour decided to leave. The lack of customer service, communication, and time management was enough! I had a customer tell me they only have a few techs that could provide a full set and that was after watching several clients walk-in and be called back for other services to be provided.

Manager/owner and majority of the employees are very rude. They will rush you through everything. Wont give you time to decide. The pricing is always different when you are checking out. They talk bad about all customers in Chinese. Very disrespectful. Find another nail saloon who would respect their customers. Most of them are fresh out the boat from their country. Maybe they do not know how business is done down here.
