Critical: QualityI stopped in for a manicure and asked for acrylic nails. The man was rude and rushed the job. There was no attention given to my cuticles what so ever. There was barely any shaping done to the nails, the man hardly looked at my hands while he worked. He immediately got the drill, filed down my nails and slapped the tips and acrylic on then put a couple of coats of gel polish on and left me. The whole set looked botched to me.I went back to get them removed a few weeks later because I was in the area. I ended up with the man again and his method left my fingers sore and hurting all day. He clipped the tips off and then pried the rest off my nails by hand. Essentially ripping my nails off and then he was done, that was it. I stopped in for a manicure and asked for acrylic nails. The man was rude and rushed the job. There was no attention given to my cuticles what so ever. There was barely any shaping done to the nails, the man hardly looked at my hands while he worked. He immediately got the drill, filed down my nails and slapped the tips and acrylic on then put a couple of coats of gel polish on and left me. The whole set looked botched to me.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been in this shop once before about 9 months ago for a full set and gel polish. And the lack of care was astonishing. I went in today because I didn’t have time to go to my regular nail place and was hoping that because all I needed was one nail fixed that I had broken at work and a new polish color so it would match, it wouldn’t be as bad. The new nail doesn’t match the others and after the nail was “shaped” I was handed off to someone else who seemed like painting my nails was too much work and rushed through it. I had gel polish done. My polish is uneven, bumpy and looks like it’s running on the sides. I have been in this shop once before about 9 months ago for a full set and gel polish. And the lack of care was astonishing. I went in today because I didn’t have time to go to my regular nail place and was hoping that because all I needed was one nail fixed that I had broken at work and a new polish color so it would match, it wouldn’t be as bad. Critical: QualityThey got me in right away for a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was pretty quick with no attention to actually trimming and shaping. The hot wax was only on for a minute. Absolutely NO cuticle oil used for either service.The manicure was super fast. No attention to my cuticles at all. Another customer came in needing fake nail and I was handed off to a teenage girl to finish. The polish was bumpy and did not cover the whole nail.I was looking for a place to frequent since I just relocated my office to Kennett but I am very disappointed with this place.I will never step foot in this place again.They got me in right away for a pedicure and manicure.
