Very professional and friendly. It was four of us and we had never been there before and they treated us like they had known us forever. No matter what design we showed them they told us what it was gonna take to do the design. I just loved it never really been to a place where they don’t look at you funny because you want to design that’s crazy on your ringer now I would definitely recommend this place we are definitely going back again

Had an appointment days prior to have a pedicure and got seated an hour later after waiting. The pedicure itself also took an hour from start to finish and it definitely felt rushed. I understand fully being busy but if an appointment is made for a certain time it should be honored. Won’t be back.

I was not at all pleased with my experience. For one, I noticed the nail tech stick her rubber gloves that had been used on my feet into a jar to get foot scrub. A big no, no … they are suppose to use a wooden spatula and their failure to do such was very unsanitary. I also noted the nail tech used implements she had in a basket sitting on her station with a not so clean looking washcloth below it. This gave me no assurance she was using sanitized implements on my feet. She also did not file my toenail clean and I can feel pain in the corner indicating the start of an ingrown toenail. She also did a very quick massage that was not at all relaxing. Last, the nail tech’s lab coat was absolutely filthy. The new owners need to step up their standards if they want to build a reputable business. Unsanitary conditions cause nail molds, funguses and other unhealthy nail diseases. Without sanitation standards, nail techs can easily spread these diseases to an unknowing, trusting client. Step up the standards, Diva Nails!

Justin is the only person I trust with shaping Stiletto nails! I have been to other places that make them lopsided or make me bleed while filing the points, not Justin! He is always fun to talk to, and is very efficient in SNS (and rather quickly!) I would recommend an appointment if you have a preference in nail tech!

I have went to Diva nails a few times, years ago. They were really good! However I dropped off my 16 yr old daughter there to have her nails done. About an hour and half later she’s texting me, saying she was charged $45!? I asked her if she had anything done extra? She says no, just the acrylic nails. First I call and ask why she was charged $45 for a $30 set? The lady tells me she got coffin shaped nails, and something else? However I couldn’t understand really what she was saying so I go over to get my daughter. I walk in, look at the board, where it clearly states $30 for acrylic set!! No Also NO prices are on the board for different shaped nails and the price for that! So the guy comes to me and I ask him. He tells me she got gel, and coffin shaped. Ok that’s fine. I asked who picked the color, her or you? He said my daughter did. Ok well again, my daughter only gets acrylic nails? He then says to me, we don’t do acrylic nails anymore. Now that would have been great to know when my daughter to these people what she wanted! Also he was turning around and says to me under his breath, your daughter should have ask the price for shape! Umm..excuse me, but it’s not on the damn board! Also they should tell people what it costs before doing it so they’re not blindsided with an extra $15!! Of course I’m sure the regular customers get treated like royalty! Whatever..its sad because they more worried about $$ in their pockets vs taking their time and actually doing a decent job! My daughter nails look like a crackhead did them!
